These Terms govern your use of the Medcare Pharmacy website and apps, operated by Medcare Pharmacy (Prashanth Nagar, Bypass Road, Sangareddy, Telangana 502001.). By creating an account or placing an order you agree to them.

1. Eligibility and accounts

1. You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872.
2. Keep your login credentials and OTPs confidential. You are responsible for activity on your account.
3. Provide accurate information, including patient details for prescription orders.

2. Nature of service

Medcare Pharmacy is a licensed retail pharmacy (Drug licence TS/SGY/2021-80358). Product information on this site is provided for general reference and is not a substitute for advice from your doctor. Always read the label and consult a registered medical practitioner before starting any medicine.

3. Prescription medicines

1. Medicines in Schedules H, H1 and other prescription-only categories are dispensed only against a valid prescription from a registered medical practitioner, verified by our registered pharmacist (Dr. B. Preethi Prathyusha, Pharm.D, Reg. no. TSPC/2019/04521).
2. A valid prescription shows the doctor's name, registration number, signature, date, patient details and the medicines prescribed. We may call you or your doctor to confirm details.
3. We may decline, modify (only with your consent) or cancel an order if the prescription is invalid, illegible, expired or does not cover the quantity ordered. Any amount paid for cancelled items is refunded in full.
4. Schedule X and narcotic / psychotropic (NDPS) medicines are not sold online under any circumstances.
5. Quantities may be limited per order in line with the prescribed duration of therapy.

4. Pricing, taxes and payments

1. All prices are in Indian Rupees, inclusive of GST, and never exceed the MRP printed on the pack.
2. Payments are processed securely by Razorpay (UPI, cards, net banking, wallets). Cash on Delivery is available for eligible pincodes and order values.
3. In the rare event of a pricing error we will inform you and offer to cancel before dispatch.

5. Delivery

Estimated delivery dates are shown at checkout and depend on your pincode. Prescription orders ship after pharmacist verification. Temperature-sensitive products are shipped with appropriate packaging.

7. Reviews and content

Reviews must be honest, lawful and relate to your own experience. We moderate reviews and may remove content that is misleading, offensive or makes medical claims.

8. Prohibited use

You must not misuse prescriptions, place orders for resale, attempt to access other accounts, or interfere with the security of the platform.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any order is limited to the amount paid for that order. Nothing limits liability that cannot be limited under Indian law.

10. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Hyderabad, Telangana have exclusive jurisdiction, without prejudice to your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
